OH!  THESE DAILY IRRITANTS AND SPOILERS

We all face those in one form or another.  Unfinished business, unresolved challenges, questions without answers or lurking with unsatisfactory or incomplete answers.  And, don’t forget passing by worries and lingering fears.

Thousands, may I say, millions, possibly infinite number of those intruders circulate the external environment as well as our interiors.  Like seeds sown in a soil, under appropriate conditions, they will germinate, bloom, grow and the harvest is continued stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, anger and rage. And, the rest of the story, we all know.

ANSWER IS:  One Should Not Allow These Unwelcome Seeds To Take Hold.  You may think these irritants came from the external world around us.  Matter of fact, some do, some don’t.  But what happens to them depends on what you do.  The soil where they are sown is yours; your own mind, your thought process and the feelings that result.  Certainly, You Have A Choice.

What Happens Then With Our Choice?  Here what happens:  Our choice is not exercised and not put to use Immediately, InstantlyIn The Time-Gap Between The Instant Those Nasty Visitors Land In And Delaying Our Rational And Intelligent Response, We Fall.  Then and there an irritant grows into a problem, a challenge becomes an obstacle, a disappointment turns into loss and defeat.

Therefore, once any of those unwelcome visitors land, one should respond immediately and close the time-gap interval.  In this way the seeds will not take in the soil and won’t grow into sour fruits, thorns and bitter harvest.

The Following Basic Facts Are Very Helpful, Please Remember And Make Use Of:

  1. Every problem has a solution.
  2. The solution lies within the problem itself; Not Away From It.
  3. Problems without solutions are either a figment of the confused mind or problems ignored and not examined.
  4. Ask yourself:   Is this problem, obstacle or challenge I am experiencing-true or false?  Your answer might surprise you.
  5. What is the cause?  Why?
  6. What can I do about it?
I Recommend Doing The Above In Writing On A Sheet Of Paper. Brief and concise.  In a Q/A format.  The whole thing ought not to exceed one page.  Redundancy speaks of inaccuracy and lack of sharp focus. And, if it doesn’t work out on the first time, do it again.

    Practice.  Practice.
  7. May discuss the matter with a friend you respect and trust. May look sources such as heart to heart dialogues for clues.
  8. You may find out after examining the situation that the problem is not a problem, and the question is already answered and the irritants are unworthy and will lift off.
